We quality assure all work, with a robust internal audit and training function, making sure that our coders are up to date with national standards. Our coders also benefit from direct access to CEC NHS England approved trainers and auditors, facilitating discussions on coding queries. Additionally, we incorporate our ACCORD™ validation tool, at no extra cost, to ensure accuracy and compliance with national standards to CEC’s coded activity. Finally, we can provide quarterly clinical coding audits and yearly DSPT audit as part of our delivery.

Experienced coders

NHS England accredited coders (ACC) with experience across all specialties. CEC’s coders regularly attend refresher course and specialised workshops to stay up to date with national standards. Finally, CEC’s coders are skilled at using different EPR and coding software, allowing them to quickly adapt to your systems and workflows.

Framework Compliant Contracts

In alignment with NHS England's Procurement strategy recommendations, CEC provides framework and DPS compliant contracts specifically tailored for clinical coding services.
