CEC Healthcare was established in 2014 in response to the growing demand from NHS Trusts for effective clinical coding resources. Teams faced staff shortages, through planned and unplanned absences and when staff left, often finding replacement staff proved difficult. CEC works collaboratively with clinical coding in-house teams, in hospitals and GP practices, to place experienced staff within their teams, therefore, remedying staffing problems, enabling guaranteed quality monthly output.
